Roasted Butternut and Acorn Squash Soup- 2 cups

Ingredients
* Butternut Squash, 10 cup, cubes (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Squash, winter, acorn, raw, 2 cup, cubes (remove) * *Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth, 8 cup (remove) * Onions, raw, 2 small (remove) * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove) * *Ginger Root (Fresh), 1.5 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, 5 cloves (remove) * Salt, 1.5 tsp (remove) * Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp (remove) * Lime Juice, 3 lime yields (remove)
Directions
Roast the Butternut for 45 min
saute the onion for 5 min
add chile pepper saute another 5 min
add garlic, ginger and salt - saute 3 more min
add broth and butternut - puree
reheat and add maple syrup and lime juice
