Chicken and black bean chili

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 in cubes1 packet chili seasoning12 oz of salsa1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup1 cup sliced mushrooms1 cup frozen or canned corn1 cup black beans1/2 cup fat free sour cream1/3 cup white flourFat free cheddar cheese (for garnish)
Directions
Cook the 1 lb of chicken breast in a skillet. Pour into pot.
Add chili seasoning, sour cream, mushrooms, mushroom soup, black beans, corn, salsa, and flour. Bring to a boil and simmer 15-20 minutes or until heated through and thickened (just a bit).

Serve over brown rice or by itself. Garnish with fat free cheddar cheese!
