Summer Chili

1 lbs lean ground turkey1 small vidalia onion, chopped1 red (bell) pepper, chopped1 can mushroom pieces and stems2 large tomatoes, chopped4 oz Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Rotini pastaTo taste:Salt and pepperGarlic hot sauceFresh cilantroFresh Basil
Brown turkey meat.
Drain meat, and add onions and peppers. Cook on medium heat until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add mushrooms and tomatoes. turn to Medium low and cover to simmer. Add salt and pepper and hot sauce. Stir occasionally.
Prepare pasta as listed on box.
About halfway through cooking pasta, add fresh herbs to tomato and turkey mixture.
Drain pasta and add to mixture. Cook on medium another 5-10 minutes. Serve hot.
