Vegetarian Best Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 Tb olive oil1 med Onions, raw chopped1-2 tsp cumin1 can Diced Tomatoes2 cans Beans, great northern, 2 can1 can water2 TB Baco Bits (imitation bacon bits)LEMON JUICE
Directions
Simmer first 3 ingredients until onions are translucent

Add 2 cans beans, 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 can water
Stir in Baco Bits
Bring to boil.

Reduce heat and simmer 30-45 minutes
(longer simmer makes thicker soup)

STIR IN lemon juice and simmer an additional 15 min

SERVE

Lemon juice helps to eliminate offending bean gas.
It adds a nice unnoticed flavor to the soup. mmmm
