No-fat Orange Chicken w/ rice

Ingredients
Ingredients:Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 oz, choppedOrange, 2 oz fruitWater, tap, .25 cupGarlic powder, .25 tspChili powder, .25 tsp Orange Peel, .5 tspWhite Rice, long grain, 1 serving= 1/4c Dry (for this recipe)Water, tap, .5 cupOrange Peel, .5 tsp
Directions
Chop up chicken and oranges and put in bowl with .25c water, garlic, chili powder, and 1/2 tsp of orange peel. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Cook rice with 1/2 cup water (Basic rice recipe) and 1/2 tsp of orange peel.
While rice is cooking, cook chicken mix in a skillet until chicken is done.

Serve rice with chicken on top.
