Chicken Sour Cream Enchilada

Ingredients
Chicken Drumstick, 6 drumstick, bone and skin removed large container Sour Cream, reduced fat,large can Hunt's petite diced tomatoes,7 Flour Tortillas, 3/4 cup Sargento Fancy 4 Cheese Mexican1/2 Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1/2 Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), seasonings to taste
Directions
boil chicken
saute the peppers in olive oil cooking spray
mix together cheese, sour cream, and (drained) canned tomatoes
once chicken is done run it under water to cool it off
mix the peppers and chicken with the sour cream mixture
soop into center of tortilla and roll up
place seam side down in a greased cake pan
bake at 350 for 20 minutes
