Malu's Beef and Pork Meatballs

Ingredients
1 and a half pounds of lean ground beefhalf a pound of ground porkhalf a cup of Panko breadcrumbs6 Tbsp of Grated Parmesan Cheese1 egg plus one egg yolk, beaten together1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 medium onion, grated1 Tbsp of tomato paste
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together and then form 1" to 1.5" meatballs. This recipe should yield 80 meatballs. A serving is about 8 meatballs, roughly 3 oz.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a single layer (you'll need 2 lined baking sheets - I used a silpat) in a 350F preheated oven.
