Glace soup with chicken

Ingredients
water, 10 C.celery, 2 stalkscarrots, sliced, 2 C.onion, 1 med. choppedgarlic, 2 cloves mincedpeas, frozen 1 C.green beans, frozen 3/4 C.potatoes, 1 1/2 C. choppedbroccoli, 2 bunches, including sliced stalkschicken breast, 3 boneless/skinless, cookedDumplings:2 eggs, well beatenwhole milk, 1/2 C. salt, 1/2 tsp flour, white 3/4 C.flour whole wheat 3/4 C.vinegar, 3 Tbspcream, 2 C.dill weed, 1 Tbsp
Directions
Boil water, add prepped vegies, cook for 25-30 minutes. While soup is cooking, mix dumpling ingredients. Spoon dumpling mixture by scant teaspoons into soup. After they rise to the top, remove from heat to stop boiling, add vinegar, cream and dill. Taste improves with time, so great left over or made ahead of time.
