    1-1/2 cup Flour
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 cup water
    2 cans Chicken Broth (28 oz)


Heat broth to boiling.

Mix remaining ingriedients until just wet. Drop by spoonfuls into the boiling broth. When they float to the top, they are done!

  • The calories are high but sodium is overly high. I use a reduce sodium broth to a no sodium broth which both as readily available in stores. With the no sodium I do add a small amount as salt is necessary for taste, but the level isn't as high as the low sodium. Great dumpling! My DH loves them. - 2/2/19

  • This isn't vegetarian! You could try using vegetable broth to make it so, but the dumplings won't taste very good. - 3/15/07
