Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

The calories are high but sodium is overly high. I use a reduce sodium broth to a no sodium broth which both as readily available in stores. With the no sodium I do add a small amount as salt is necessary for taste, but the level isn't as high as the low sodium. Great dumpling! My DH loves them.
Holy Sodium! But tasty.
