My "tradition" of roast beef, with some added nutritional value from adding more vegetables. Rutabagas look and sound weird to people, but they're easy to cook in this recipe, and VERY high in potassium!
Just a quick and easy meal for the whole family.
Beef Chuck Pot Roast in a Slow Cooker is easy and dinner is ready when you get home.
Very simple recipe that can be served as a sandwich, over rice or over a vegetable such as broccoli or romaine lettuce. Leftovers make great beef enchiladas too!
Just add mushroom soup, and dry onion soup mix. Best done in the slow cooker.
3 oz. meat & 3/4 cup vegetables per serving
This is a great meal to start in the morning and leave all day on a cold winter day.

A nice slow cooker meal.
Beef roast crock pot
Comfort food meal good for slow cooker Sunday or any day of the week.
Yummy pot roast in the crockpot - just throw it together in the morning and come home to a scrumptious, tender dinner.
This recipe is delicious! Make it with any type of pop (soda) you prefer.
A quick meal using 2 purchased ingredients, 2 easy-to-fix from scratch ingredients, and 1 leftover...the brown rice!
This recipe is from my friend Vicki. It's very delicious! The original recipe calls for a 3 pound roast. But I only had a 2.5 pounder, so I calculated it at that weight.
Delicious and easy...just chop the veggies, pop it in the slow cooker and go! This also makes a TON of servings, and is good served as a sandwich later.
This can also be made on stovetop or in oven. Freezes well.
