Ingredients

    1 3-5 lb Beef Chuck Roast
    1 bag Baby Carrots
    1 small pkg mushrooms
    1 pkg Onion and Mushroom soup Mix
    1 large can Beef Broth
    1 can Cream of Mushroom soup with roasted garlic
    1 small bag Baby red skin Potatoes

Directions

Place the meat in the bottom of a crock pot and cover with carrots, mushrooms (cut into bite size), soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and beef broth. Cook on high for 3 1/2 hours. Cut potatoes into quarters and add the potatoes. Cook for 2 1/2 hours more. Makes about 8 servings.
