Ingredients

    2 med. potatoes diced
    2 small onions cut in wedges
    one cup baby carrots
    3 lb seasoned cross rib roast of beef (1.4 kg)
    2 ribs celery diced
    1 cup red wine
    1 tbsp garlic
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp basil
    1tsp or packet Oxo beef bouillon
    1 1/2 cups fresh green peas

Directions

Put all ingredients in crock pot or slow cooker and cook on high for 5 hrs or low for 8 hours, Fifteen minutes before ready add the peas to the pot.
