Introduction
Delicious and easy...just chop the veggies, pop it in the slow cooker and go! This also makes a TON of servings, and is good served as a sandwich later. Ingredients

*1 lb baby red potatoes (or yellow, or sweet, or yams)
*2 large carrots
*2 parsnips
*2 - 4 pounds beef roast
*1 - 5 beef bouillion cubes (your preference)
*approx 2 cups water
Directions
1) Chop veggies and potatoes into bite-sized servings.
2) Place roast in bottom of slow cooker. Add water until it just covers the meat. Add veggies. Toss bouillion cubes on top.
3) Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Make sure the internal temperature of the meat is approximately 145*.
Makes anywhere from 10 - 20 3oz servings of meat, depending on how much beef you use.
