Ingredients

    1.5 medium sweet onions, chopped
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    2 medium carrots, chopped diagonally
    2 medium stalks celery, sliced
    2 c chopped cauliflower
    6 oz tomato paste
    30 oz (less than 2 lbs) beef roast, round, lean, cut into 1-inch pieces
    32 oz reduced-sodium beef stock
    1 T Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb spice blend
    1 T Mrs. Dash Table spice blend
    2 bay leaves

Directions

In large crock pot, layer ingredients in the same order as the list.

Cook on low heat for 8 hours or high heat for 4-5 hours or until the beef is cooked completely.

Makes 12 servings.
