    Beef Broth, 1 1/2 cup
    Light Soy Milk, 1 1/2cup
    flour, 3/4 cup
    steak seasoning, 1 tsp
    Pepper to taste

    Red wine, 1 cup
    Apple juice, 1 cup
    Onion Soup Mix Packet
    Beef Roast, Round Steak, 2.89lbs (what I had in the freezer!)


Boil beef broth, 1/2 cup of milk, and steak seasonings and pepper. Whisk together remaining milk and flour. Add to boiling mixture. Whisk continuously until thickened. Pour into crock pot. Mix in wine, apple juice and onion soup mix. Place beef in crock pot. Cook on high for 3 hours or until the beef is done.

You can add a few potatoes and carrots to the crock pot (not included in nutritional information) for a few of the servings and use the remaining servings over egg noodles & mushrooms (also not included in nutritional information) for a tasty beef stroganoff.
