Ingredients

    3lb Beef Bottom Round Roast
1 packet Liptons Onion Soup Mix
    Baby Carrots
    Sliced Mushrooms
    1 cup dry white wine
    3 cups beef bouilon consomme

Directions

Put frozen round roast in the crock pot. Add all other ingredients and let cook all day. Liquid should cover almost the entire roast. Flip the roast over half way through. When meat is tender that it easily falls apart, it is done.

Cook the noodles per instructions.

If you want to make your sauce thicker, remove most of the liquid and add 1 cup flour/water rue and 1 TBSP butter. After thickened add back to the crock pot. Serve the meat and sauce over the noodles.

Looking forward to trying this tonight. Cooked in crockpot on high for 8 hours but used an extra cup of beef broth instead of the wine. Smells delicious! I'm going to use 6 6 cut white potatoes instead of mushrooms & noodles this time(didn't have them in my cupboard) - 9/23/10

    Very Good
This was good the wine gave it a unique taste. I will make this again. I waited until the last 30 minutes of cooking to put mushrooms in. I also used low sodium beef stock and healthy harvest noodles. - 5/9/11
