This recipe is from my friend Vicki. It's very delicious! The original recipe calls for a 3 pound roast. But I only had a 2.5 pounder, so I calculated it at that weight. Ingredients

    1 beef roast, about 2.5 - 3 pounds (I used rump roast)
    1 (1 oz.) pkt. fat free ranch dressing mix
    1 envelope brown gravy mix (.87 oz.)
    1 envelope Italian dressing mix
    1/2 cup warm water

Directions

Place roast in crockpot. Mix contents of all 3 envelopes and sprinkle over roast. Pour water into the bottom of the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
