about 4 oz (2 cups) Chick fillet Heartline Meatless Meat, Soy Cheese, 3 oz Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole choppedMushrooms, fresh, .5 cup slicesSpinach, fresh, around 3 cups (I put in three large handfuls)
Reconsitute fillets and drain
add all ingredients except the soycheese in a saucepan
cook over med/high heat until mostly melted
add spinach and cook until wilted and hot
