Ingredients
*1 scoop Chocolate or Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, Body of Fortess*1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats, 100% Whole Grain Oats, Kroger*1 tbsp. ground flaxseedAbove are the exact brands for calculations, however, they can be substituted with whatever you may like to use.
Directions
*Cook oatmeal according to package directions.
*Add additional water (or even 1% milk if you'd like for taste) and stir in flaxseed and powder.

Add some almonds if you would like for taste as well.
