Banana Bread

Ingredients
Flour 3.5 Cupssoda 1 tsp.baking powder 1 tsp.salt dashbutter 1/2 C.applesauce 1C.5 med. bananas4 lg. eggs1/2 C sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Mash banana's to a liquid. Add beaten eggs to banana's mix. Seperate bowl cream butter and applesauce, add sugar beat till mixed. Add banana mixture. Combine flour, soda, baking powder, salt, blend. Add to batter.
Pour into 2 greased bread pans.
Bake at 320 for 1.5 hrs. or until tooth pick comes clean and or golden brown. 1, 1/2 inch slice
