1lb thin cut Chicken Breast3 cloves Garlic, roughly chopped1 tbsp Olive Oil10-15 sprigs fresh parsley, roughly chopped2 tsp Honey Mustard, or if you can find it, Tequila Lime Mustardsaltpepper
Add chicken, garlic, olive oil, parsley, mustard to a large freezer bag. Add salt and pepper. Seal and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least an hour.
Heat a grill pan, or your standard outdoor grill and spray with non-stick spray. Add chicken and cook until juices run clear. Usually this is about 6 minutes on one side and another 3-4 on the other.
Makes four 3-4oz servings.
