Pumkin mini loafs

1 c Pure Pumkin1/2 cup Butter (1 stick softened)1.5 c Brown Sugar3 Eggs1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp Nutmeg, ground1.5 tps Baking Powder3-4 c Flour, white1 c Semisweet chocolate
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix 1st 4 ingredents until well blended. Add next 3 ingredents until will blended. Add 3 cups flour. Slowly add 4th cup as needed. You want mixture to be moist but able to stand spoon in.
Spoon mixture into greased mini loaf pans and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
Enjoy.
