Kasey's Chicken Vegetable Soup

10 Cups of water5 cubes Knorr Vegetable Bouillon Cubes6 Tsp. Knorr Caldo De Tomate Bouillon1 medium onion, chopped5 cloves of Garlic, diced5 small Carrots, sliced4 small Russett Potatoes, cut into small pieces3 5-6inch Celery Stalks, Sliced2 cups Zuccini Squash, sliced1 Chicken breast, cut into 1 in pieces1/2 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped3 Tbls. chopped Fresh Cilantro
Bring water to boil in a small stock pot, add all bouillons, garlic, onion, and parsley. Return to boil. Add Potatoes, Carrots, Celery and Chicken to soup base, return to low boil and simmer for about 5-8 minutes. Add Zuccini and Pasta and continue to simmer for 10 minutes or until the noodles are done. Serve with a tsp of freshly chopped cilantro on top.
