Easy (and healthy!) Lasagna

Ingredients
* *Barilla Baking Sauce, 4 cup (remove) * *365 Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, 4 cup (remove) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove) * *Turkey, Ground turkey, 97% lean, 4 serving (remove) * *Fat Free Ricotta (Stop&Shop brand) 1/2 cup, 4 serving (remove)** 2 eggs lightly beaten * *Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 6 oz (remove)
Directions
- preheat oven to 375
- cook lasagna noodles according to package
- brown ground turkey and add 3.5 cups baking sauce once cooked- simmer gently
- in a separate bowl mix together ricotta (15 oz), 3.5 cups mozzarella, 1/2 cup parmesan and 2 eggs lightly beaten
- spread 1/4 cup baking sauce on sprayed baking dish
- layer 3 or 4 lasagna noodles over sauce
- add half the cheese mixture
- add half the sauce/turkey mixture over cheese
- repeat layers 1 more time
- spread 1/4 cup baking sauce on top
- sprinkly 1/2 cup mozzarella on top of sauce
- bake at 375 for 30 mins covered
- remove cover and bake 10 more mins, let stand 10 mins and ENJOY

    Love this meal.. I am the only one that eats this version so I portion it out and freze the rest for another nights meal. I also dont add the parmesan... only cause i dont like it much. - 9/19/11
