Granola and Dried Cranberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 c all-purpose flour1/5 c. whole wheat flour1/2 t. baking powder1/4 t. baking powder1/2 t. salt1 stick (1/2 c.) unsalted butter, softened3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar1 large egg1/2 t. vanilla extract1 1/2 c. granola1/4 c. dried cranberries, chopped3/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl with an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg, beating until combined well, and beat in vanilla. Beat in flour mixture and stir in remaining ingredients.

Drop dough by rounded tablespoons 2 in. apart onto buttered baking sheets and bake in batches in middle of oven, 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden. Cool cookies on racks. Cookies keep in airtight containers 5 days.

Makes 36 cookies.
