Yummy Spinach Quiche Muffins

Ingredients
2 large eggs4 egg whites1/3 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese1/3 cup 2% sharp cheddar cheese1 10 oz package frozen spinach1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin pan well with nonstick spray. Thaw spinach and drain completely. In bowl mix together eggs, egg whites, and garlic powder. Add cheese and spinach and mix well. Divide mixture evenly into muffin pan. Bake for 30 minutes.

Delicious hot or cold. Makes a hearty snack on the go.
