Cardamon or Cinnamon Meringues

Ingredients
4 large egg white1/2 tsp Cream Of Tartar1 3/4 cups Splenda1 tsp ground cardamon or 2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Beat egg whites until they become frothy then add cream of tartar. When they start to stiffen, add Splenda slowly until soft to medium peaks form. Add cardamon or cinnamon. Drop by tablespoonfuls on parchment paper. Bake for 1 hour then turn oven off and leave in for another hour. Remove from sheets and place in an airtight container. Makes 45 servings.
