Shwarma - Style Lamb

Ingredients
2 lb lamb stew meat cut into 2 in" cubes3 cloves minced garlic1/2 tsp cayenne1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp cumin3/4 tsp mace3/4 tsp salt1/2 lemon juiced (1/4 cup lemon juice)1/2 cup plain yogurt
Directions
Mix all ingredients
Marinate in bag - in refridgerator 12-24 hours (24 hours for 2 in cubes, 12 hours for smaller)
Broil meat on high in foil wrapped pan for 5 minutes per side or to taste of doneness
Slice to taste
