Tex-Mex Stew

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds 93% lean ground beef1 cup chopped onion1 TBS minced garlic14 oz beef broth (made from bullion granules)11 oz can vacuum-packed corn1 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp ground cumin16 oz jar salsa1 TBS flour
Directions
Brown ground beef with onions and garlic in dutch oven. Drain. Return to to pot and add beef broth, corn, chili powder and cumin. Bring to boil. Meanwhile, stir the tablespoon of flour into the salsa. When stew is boiling, add salsa/flour mixture. Return to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Makes 4-6 servings*

*I serve this with baked tortilla chips and usually get at least 6 servings out of this recipe. Nutritional info is for six servings.
