Speghetti Sauce

Ingredients
Carrots, cooked, 1 cup dicedGarlic, 3 tbsp mincedAylmer Diced Tomatoes w/ italian spices, 3 lg cansHunt's Tomato Sauce w/ Rosted Garlic, 4 lg cansOnions, raw, .75 cup, chopped Maple Leaf Prime Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 2.5 pkgs about 1423 gramsTomato Paste, 3 cansMushrooms, cooked, 687 grams Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbspJalapeno Peppers, 3 peppersGreen Peppers and Red PepperSpices
Directions
Add oil to a pan and Cook ground turkey till no pink remains then Drain.Place into a large pot
add diced carrots, Garlic, Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce
Onions, Mushrooms, Jalapeno Peppers,Green Peppers and Red Pepper Let simmer for at least 5 hrs stirring occasionally.
When 1 hr remains add cans of tomato paste and spices.
