scalloped potatoes/yams and ham

Ingredients
cooked ham - cubed 2 cups1 small baked potato with skin cubed2 small uncooked potatos peeled cubed1 small uncooked yam - skinned1 cup cubed carrots2/3 cup floursalt/pepper to taste2 cups whole milk3 Tbls italian bread crumbs2 Tbls butter
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees, makes 6 servings
2 quart baking dish;
layer half the ham, white potatos, yam, carrots and onions;
sprinkle half the flour, salt & pepper mix;
repeat the layering.
pour milk over top, cover and bake for 45min to 1 hour.
just as the potates are getting tender, remove cover.
Melt butter and mix in bread crumbs - sprinkle over top and bake 15 minutes more.
