Vegan Clotted Creme

Ingredients
6 Tbsp. vegan margarine6 Tbsp. vegan cream cheese (i.e. Tofutti)3 Tbsp. coconut milk (not low fat)1/2 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp lemon juice1/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions
Place margarine, cream cheese, coconut milk, vanilla and lemon juice in the small bowl of a food processor, pulse to combine.
Slowly add in powdered sugar, one tablespoon at a time, pulsing in each addition.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
