Quaker Plain Corn Grits, .5 cupMilk, nonfat, 2 cupEgg, fresh, 1 largeCheddar Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz)
Directions
Add 2 cups milk to 1/2 cup grits
Cook Grits in microwave
add 1 ounce cheddar cheese
plus one egg
mix.
Bake in oven for 20 min.
