Low Fat Yummy Pancakes

Ingredients
Flour, white, 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp Baking Powder, 2 tspBaking Soda, .5 tspSalt, 1 tsp Canola Oil, 2 tbspMilk, Fat Free, Skim, 8 oz Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Makes approximately 8, 2-pancake servings.

Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. Make a well in the center and add the wet ingredients, mixing until everything is just combined but there are still lumps.

Spray a pan with nonstick spray and cook until the tops of the pancakes are bubbly and dry before flipping, then giving them another minute or two to finish.
