Mel's Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
2 quarts home canned tomatoes1 lb ground chuck2 cups sliced carrots1.1/2 cup frozen whole kernal corn1/2 cup chopped onion1/3 cup brown rice1.1/2 Tablespoon dry Italian seasoning1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2 packets sweet n' low sweetner1 can English peas
Directions
In a skillet, brown ground chuck and onions, then drain out fat. Into the stock pot, add ground chuck mixture, blenderized tomatoes, corn, carrots, rice, and seasonings. Simmer until carrots are tender then add canned English peas. Simmer for another 15 minutes. Serve with homemade cornbread. Delicious!!
