Ingredients
1-15 oz can Eden Organic Black Beans, Undrained1-15 oz can Eden Organic Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed1-15 oz can Muir Glen Organic Diced Tomatoes, with juice1-8 oz can Organic Tomato Sauce1 tbsp Organic Tomato Paste1 cup Organic Vegetable Broth1 cup Corn Kernels, frozen1 cup Peas & Carrots, frozen2 cups Kale, fresh, chopped1 cup Yellow Bell Pepper, diced1/2 cup Onion, diced1 tbsp Chili Powder1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper1/8 tsp Cumin1/2 tsp Kosher Salt1 1/2 tsp Basil, dried1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning, dried1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Put all ingredients in a heavy bottom pot and cook for 1-2 hours. Serve alone or over brown rice, barley, quinoa, or however you like it!
