Ingredients:*Whole Wheat Fettuccine, 16 oz Milk, 2%, 1.5 cupHeavy Cream, 1.5 cup, Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup Romano Cheese, 5 package (5 oz) Egg Yolk, 6 large Garlic powder, 1 tsp
cook noodles
heat milk and cream in large heavy saucepan until the mixture comes to a simmer
slowly whisk in the cheeses then remove from heat
pace egg yolk in bowl and slowly whisk in portion of hot cream and milk mmixture
slowly pour back into the cream and milk mixture after tempering
season to taste with salt and pepper
add the cooked fettuccine to the saucepan sprinkle in the garlic powder and stir till thickened
sprinkle with parsley
serves 4 -6
