Sunflower Lentil Pie

Ingredients
3/4 cup brown lentils 1.5 cup red onions1 cup oats1/2 cup hulled sunflower seeds1/2 cup celery1 garlic clove2 tbsp ketchup2 tbsp tamari1 tbsp balsamic vinegar2 tsps worcestershire1/2 tsp dried rosemary1 tsp dried oregano1/8 tsp salt pepper
Directions
Boil 3/4 cup of lentils in 1 3/4 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Add the onions and cook until lentils are tender.
Blend the lentils with the remaining ingredients and heap into a lightly oiled pie plate. Cook for 27-30 minutes at 375.
