You will need plain bagels, roma tomatos, cilantro, green onion, turkey breast deli slices, fresh mushrooms, and whatever kind of cheese you want. I used provolone =]
The nutrition is for half a bagel. This recipe will make 2 servings. First, preheat your oven to 425 or broil. Next chop up 1 roma tomato, cilantro(to your taste), and green onion(also to your taste). Chop up mushrooms, I used 1 medium sized mushroom. Halve your bagel, break down the inside kind of making a bowl. This also closes the center hole up a bit. My pico is pretty thick because I use it right then. Spread it out over the bagel. Half the mixture will cover one half of the bagel or 1 serving. Top with 4 slices of deli turkey, mushrooms, and a slice of provolone. Stick it in the oven on a cookie sheet for around 10 minutes, or until you are satisfied. I sprinkled mine with a very small amount of garlic salt. Delicious =] Paired with a great salad and this makes a great quick dinner.
