Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 cups brown rice4 cups water1 package frozen brocoli-cauliflour mix1 lb bonesless skinless chicken breast1tsp Johny's seasoning salt1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup water
Directions
Cut chicken into strips. Add season salt and olive oil. Brown. Add frozen vegetables and 1/4 cups water to the cooked chicken. Steam until vegetables are hot all the way through. In a separate pan boil the rice in 4 cups of water. Cook until all water is evaporated. Approximately 40 minutes. Dish out rice onto your plate and cover with the chicken vegetable mix.
