Toasted Coconut and Almond Granola

Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned rolled oats2/3 cups raw sliced almonds1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut1/2 ts sea salt1/4 cup canola or light tasting olive oil6 TB honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Mix oats, almonds, coconut, salt in large bowl. In a small sauce, heat oil and honey on low heat until slightly warm. Pour wet ingredients over oats and stir till combined.

Spread evenly the granola over a large jelly-roll pan. Bake in middle of oven. Stirring half-way through. Bake till golden , anout 15 minutes.

Cool granola in pan on baking rack. Serve with fresh fruit such as blueberries .

Will keep for 2 weeks in an airtight container at room temperature.
