Low Sodium Black Beans

Ingredients
Beans, black 2 cans Onions, raw, 1 medium Green Peppers 1 cup, dicedCider Vinegar, 2 tbsp 2 cloves of GarlicCilantroCanola Oil, 2 tbsp Water, 2 cup
Directions
Chop onions, cilantro and peppers. Rinse canned beans for lower sodium.

Saute the oil and garlic for 2 minutes.

Add all the ingredients.

Simmer in a large uncovered pot/pan for 25 minutes or until the beans are tender and it liquid has thickened.
