Slow cooked Pork and Sauerkraut

Ingredients
1 pound top loin boneless chops, sliced thin, fat removed2 large onions2 large apples1 jar (2qts) Rosoff Sauerkraut1 tbsp caraway seed2 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp olive oilgranulated garlicpepper
Directions
Cube chops, sprinkle with pepper and granulated garlic. Saute cubes in olive oil and soy sauce in dutch oven until browned, add chopped onions until translucent.
Add Sauerkraut, apple slices, caraway seed and pepper, mix thouroughly.
Let simmer for about 3 hours
Makes 12 1/2 cup servings
