Biscuit Bread Pudding

Ingredients
1 Can Buttermilk Biscuits (Baked)2 Eggs2 cups skim milk1/2 cup sugar1/2 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Crumble baked biscuits into 9X9 pan. Mix other ingredients and pour over biscuits. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon if desired.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
