Egg Tarts w/canadian bacon

Ingredients
3 eggs1 tbsp water4 oz canadian bacon1 loaf white or wheat bread1 tbsp butter melted.25 C co-jack shredded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Whisk eggs water together. Chop bacon into small pieces. Add bacon and cheese to eggs. Scramble over medium heat. Place scant tablespoon in the middle of a piece of bread. Cover with another piece of bread. Use cut-n-seal and brush with butter on both sides. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown.
