Tasty Cheesy Hashbrowns

Ingredients
1lb of Ground Turkey (85/15%, you'll need the fat unless you choose to add your own oil)3 cups of frozen or fresh onion, green & red pepper, chopped into bite sized chunks1 20oz bag of Bob Evan's Seasoned Hash Browns1 cup reduced fat, shredded Cheddar or Mexican Blend cheese
Directions
In a large skillet, brown 1lb of Ground Turkey over high heat with vegetables. DO NOT DRAIN. Once most of the moisture, turn the heat down to medium/high and add hash browns. Stir well to incorporate, and lightly press mixture into pan. Allow potatoes to brown 3-5 minutes before flipping/stirring. Repeat 4-5 times, or until desired browning has been achieved. Sprinkle chesse on top and cover for 2 minutes to melt. Serve with a salad for a tasty dinner, or with Orange Juice for a yummy breakfast/brunch!
