Pezole'

Ingredients
2 cans hominy2 lbs. beef cut in bite sized portions2 cans diced tomatoes with chilies8 cups beef stock4 cups watersalt and pepper- to tastecilantro- to tastecooking spray
Directions
1- Add stock, hominy, cilantro, water and tomatoes to stock pot
2- spray a pan with cooking spray and sear the meat browning on all sides
3- pour meat and the juices into the stock pot and cook until tender.
4- add salt and pepper to taste.
