Baked Tofu

Ingredients
Tofu, extra firm, 1 block (14 oz)Garlic, 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 6 tbsp
Directions
Cut tofu into blocks (about 2 oz each) and place in a baking dish (spray with Pam to keep from sticking). In a mixing bowl, add the garlic, vinegar, hone and soy sauce. Mix and pour over tofu. Bake in the over at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. feeds 4.
