Light Italian Omlette

Ingredients
egg whites , 3garlic, 1 tsp choppedtomatoes. 1/2 C choppedbasil , 1 Tbsp choppedparmesan cheese, 1 Tbsp grated
Directions
Spray pan with oil. Add garlic, cook until soft. Add egg whites. Cook until partially
set. Add remaining ingredients. Fold over When completely set. Top with a sprinkle of cheese.
Makes 1 serving.
